Why Wael Founded SDLL
Wael didn’t found SDLL to run a dive shop. He founded it because diving had given him something he couldn’t stop wanting to share — the pure, unmatched feeling of being weightless beneath the surface, surrounded by life.
Watching a nervous first-timer transform into a confident diver — that became his greatest reward. Seeing someone go from anxious on the boat to glowing on the surface after their first dive never gets old. That’s exactly why he started this, and that’s still what drives SDLL today.
Today, SDLL is proudly accredited as a NAUI Platinum Pro Dive Center and an SSI Dive Center — two of the most respected certifications in recreational diving worldwide.

With nearly a decade of teaching experience on the Lebanese coast, Wael brings patience, expertise, and genuine passion to every session. His mission is simple: make every diver feel capable, safe, and amazed.
Co-founder and the warm heart of the operation, Diala ensures every diver feels safe, seen, and supported — from the first briefing all the way to the surface.
Known for his calm underwater presence and sharp eye, Michel is the guide you want by your side — whether it’s your first-ever dive or a deep wreck exploration.
The Lebanese Coast Is Our Backyard
Our offices are based in Sin El Fil, but the ocean is our real home. We run all diving operations along the Keserwan coastline — launching from Tabarja and Safra, serving divers across the full region from Zouk to Halat.
